First week!
Last week our task was to hug a tree. I know this seems elementary, but the effect is so much more than that. Hugging a tree calms our nervous-system and promotes greater oxygen intake. Go try it and see for yourself!
When the weather is okay and not filled with smoke, my family and I take walks around our neighborhood. I can’t help but to hug my favorite trees. Theres a baby one on Masonic and Oak that I am in love with. Trees are the best.
